Strawberry Roulade / Jahodová Roláda
Simpler and faster roulade than this chocolate one. But the recipe will be continued this Friday, so stop by if you are somewhere around.

Jednoduchšia a rýchlejšia roláda, než táto čokoládová. Ale v piatok bude mať pokračovanie, takže sa zastavte, ak budete nablízku.
Strawberry Roulade
5 eggs
5 tablespoons granulated sugar
5 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
oil to grease baking tray
250 ml strawberry jam
powdered sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 190˚C.
Pre-grease the rimmed baking tray and line it with baking paper.
Beat the eggs and sugar using a stand (or electric) mixer to a light, pale and foamy consistency (for 5 - 10 minutes), mix in the flour mixed with baking powder.
Pour batter into the prepared baking tray and bake for 12 minutes, or until lightly golden and the cake is firm to the touch.
Immediately after you'll remove the cake from the oven, transfer it onto a table cloth and roll lengthwise.
When cooled completely, peel the paper off and spread an even layer of jam. Roll the same way again.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Makes 26 servings.

Jahodová Roláda
5 vajec
5 lyžíc kryštalového cukru
5 lyžíc múky
1/2 lyžičky prášku do pečiva
olej na vymastenie plechu na pečenie
250 ml jahodového džemu
práškový cukor na posypanie
Predhrejte rúru na 190˚C.
Plech na pečenie s okrajom vymastite olejom a vyložte papierom na pečenie.
Vyšľahajte vajcia s cukrom do ľahkej a svetlej peny (asi 5 - 10 minút) a pridajte múku zmiešanou s práškom do pečiva.
Cesto vylejte na pripravený plech a pečte 12 minút, alebo kým nie je koláč ľahko zlatej farby a cesto nie je pevné na dotyk.
Upečené cesto ihneď po vybratí z rúry preložte na utierku a pozdĺž dlhšej strany zrolujte do rolády.
Po vychladnutí stiahnite papier, natrite rovnomernou vrstvou džemu a zasa zrolujte.
Posypte práškovým cukrom.
